Perfect Tec Solution Sdn. Bhd. (1654098-P) is a legally registered and duly incorporated company under the laws of Malaysia. This platform, including but not limited to official website, mobile application, mini-programs and all affiliated service channels (collectively the "Platform"), is independently developed, operated and managed by the Company.

The Platform is an official digital service platform that provides standardized, legal and compliant online services to individual and corporate users. All services, functions, content and transaction mechanisms launched on the Platform are independently operated by the Company, unless otherwise explicitly specified.

2.1 The Company warrants that all operation activities of the Platform comply with the laws, regulations and industry management specifications of Malaysia, including the Electronic Commerce Act 2006, Contract Act 1950, Consumer Protection Act 1999, Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and other applicable federal statutes and subsidiary regulations.

2.2 All intellectual property rights of the Platform, including software systems, program codes, interface designs, text content, trademarks, logos and database resources, are legally owned or legally licensed by the Company. No part of the Platform infringes any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights or legitimate legal interests.

2.3 The Platform does not carry, disseminate or promote any illegal, violent, obscene, fraudulent, infringing or politically sensitive content, and strictly prohibits any illegal and non-compliant behaviours occurring within the Platform ecosystem.

3.1 Data Compliance: The Platform strictly implements the data compliance requirements of the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709). All collection, storage, usage, transmission and protection of user personal data are conducted in accordance with the approved Privacy Policy and legal provisions, with complete data security protection mechanisms and user right guarantee procedures.

3.2 Service Compliance: All online services provided by the Platform adhere to the principle of open, transparent and standardized operation. The Company clearly defines user rights, service rules, charging standards (if applicable) and liability clauses in the User Agreement and related rule documents, ensuring fair and reasonable service terms and fully compliant service processes.

3.3 Transaction Compliance: For paid services and online transaction businesses involved in the Platform, all fund settlement, order records and transaction credentials are retained in accordance with legal requirements, ensuring traceability, authenticity and legality of all transaction behaviours.

3.4 Content Compliance: The Company has established a complete platform content review and management mechanism, which can effectively screen, manage and clean up illegal and non-compliant content generated by users, and undertake corresponding content management responsibilities in accordance with Malaysian laws.

4.1 All third-party service providers, cooperative merchants and institutional partners connected or integrated with the Platform are legally qualified and compliant entities. The Company has conducted qualification verification and compliance review of all cooperative parties.

4.2 The Platform only provides technical docking and service display channels for third-party cooperative services. All independent services, products and transactions provided by third parties shall be governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. The Company strictly distinguishes platform independent operation business from third-party cooperative business to avoid legal confusion and liability overlap.

5.1 The Company shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities for the independent operation services, platform system security and official released content of the Platform in accordance with Malaysian laws.

5.2 Within the scope permitted by Malaysian law, the Company shall not be liable for any losses caused by user's improper operation, intentional violation, third-party independent behaviour, force majeure factors and network environment failures.

5.3 If any part of this statement is deemed invalid or unenforceable due to legal revision or judicial determination, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.

The Company reserves the right to revise, update and supplement this Official Platform & Compliance Statement in response to business adjustments, service upgrades and legal updates. The revised statement will be published on the Platform and take effect immediately upon release. Users' continued access and use of the Platform shall be deemed full acceptance of the latest statement content.

This Statement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from platform operation and compliance matters shall be settled through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Kuala Lumpur.
